All those little digs and scuff on the edge could be lost with some course sand paper followed by finer grades.
You'd be surprised at how easy they sand and will look near perfect.

Don't use a dremmel as it will go too deep too fast.
Just hand sand with light pressure and a touch more pressure where the dig is deeper. You can then blend the sanding effort to smooth out and reprofile.

As Scott says though - spend some time sanding out the edge marks and they will look mint :ok:

Colour looks smart, hope you have found some warmth to help the paint adhere and dry.
