Steve dont take it to heart your doing a super job :10:
Just that being in the trade and knowing what sort of prices the trade buy these things for and what sort of job it is, i just thought he would of done a better deal considering the amount of interest. But saying that i have always found Gatwick to be expensive

If i can purchase them at that price i bet the dealers can get them atleast 30% cheaper

Personally i would rather fit it myself and save £160

Chill and have a good holiday mate

Thats how I see it mate, and at that price I cant see why everyone is moaning. The groupbuy is £136 for ARB, no price for steel droplinks but £50 is cheapest around, £9.40 p&p, which means fitting is costing £5.
Bargain imo

Yep, you're correct - it does seem a bargain for classics if going with the steel droplinks.

The cost queries arose mainly from Newage owners - the newage and classic ARBs/droplinks both cost roughly the same from other suppliers, yet Gatwick has quoted £87.55 more to fit them to Newages...

The other issue was the +£100 for having alloy droplinks instead of steel, when the alloy links only cost £30-40 more than steel links from suppliers....

So for a newage with alloy links, Gatwick will charge £387.55 fitted. Whereas we can get the items shipped to us for about £220....... thats nearly £170 less. Seems Gatwick don't like us newage owners as much :brickwall:
