Hmmmmmm. Two problems, can't really afford the £600 and would they be delivered in time? However the JDM tumbler deletes look a possibility! All depends on delivery times and if I win the eBay auction.

Not quite the whole length, looks like a reasonable amount of work at the joints and there is a lot of work in the final collector - plus the up-pipe is matched to the pipes and turbo (Harvey has 5 different up-pipes on offer now!).

Got a bit carried away this evening so time for stage 2!

Just to add it's not actually sparkely even though it looks it on here!

blimey that didn't take long!

Just wondering if I should paint the TGV's and if I do use the crinkle or satin VHT.

SpecB 13-02-2010 10:05 AM

Just about to finish of the tumblers, Think I'm going for plain satin VHT paint as they have a smooth finish. Was woken up by the postman though with a delivery.... all the parts are in place now!

do you have 4 gaskets for those spacers ?
catch can cough !

Looking good matie

SpecB 13-02-2010 11:12 AM

No extra gaskets needed apparantly as they will seal on the phenolic.

Been looking at Catch cans...might leave that for later as I thin I may have now hit the spending limit for the next year already!

Thanks to C.J for the help and quick thinking when fitting my fuel rails and tumber deletes - the job was made harder by me leaving the tumblers on the kitchen worktop!

Due to some quick thinking it was decided to pop to Jap-performance (cheers to Nick - Mortster for the lift) and pick up a Spec-C inlet unfortunately this then meant fabricating a set of fuel rail brackets and sourcing different bolts.

Top job by C.J. couldn't have done it without your help!

P.S. anybody want some tumbler deletes and a black manifold?
