Mate, I have said the same in the past.

I can remember saying things like.....

Why would you want more then 300bhp?

If it was meant to have more, Prodrive would have given it more!

:getmecoat:

Lucky 13-10-2010 03:23 PM

lol, I know. To be honest I am happy with the performance, but better braking and handling will be nice, together with it sitting lower. I fancy the decat to release a bit more of the flat 4 burble really, but if it adds a bit of ooomph the great.

Remember, this was the car that was going to be left standard . Nearly got all the bits now, then it'll be off to Brent to fit them, and to Simon for a tweak. Did consider bigger injectors etc, but will save that for another time! Was looking at coilovers but again, for the time being, funds wont really stretch to what I want.

Good job u didn't get bigger injectors as the stock sti ones are fine. U need a much bigger turbo before u need to think about injectors.

Good to have you along, most of us have names on our SES shirts so you can figure out who we are :)

SUBARMAN 16-10-2010 10:25 AM

Sorry - gonna have to skip this. We have got the painters in (no....really!) and they did not finish yesterday as planned.

Have a great meet everybody!!

K&J

Steve_PPP 16-10-2010 06:49 PM

Thanks to everyone for coming along, good turnout despite the rain trying to interfere with things! At least the sun came out a bit after we'd eaten so there was time to look round the scoobs (and Aston of course!).

Cheers to Greg for bring both cars along :ok: and hope the hangovers wearing off Jay :chug: :chug:

I've put a few photos online here:

Tbh i think the gunmetal wheels quite suits the 22b, good colour choice  As long as its stuff thats easy to switch back, then why not.
