Hi guys,

Please have another read of the first post in this thread as we've received a load more information through about this event :)

Cheers,
Steve

Danwrx 11-03-2014 04:16 PM

Hi Steve, just wondering if they only have 10 spaces on the stand, is it a first come first served basis? Also I might be bringing my mrs and 3 kids so do you know the extra cost of the extra child? Not that it matters just so I know how much to pay when the time comes?thanks Steve

:thanx:

Good spot, that was in the text I was sent but doesn't apply to us (copy and paste error ;)). We'll have space for as many members as we can get, I'm sure  (i've edited the original post). Last year, we had about 25 scoobs on the club stand I think.

I'm not sure about the cost of an extra child as I expect the 4 people in a car rule applies to adults. It may even be that children are free under a certain age, so I'll see what I can find out. Wouldn't expect it to be a problem though. :)

Madhou5e 11-03-2014 10:08 PM

I assume you will let us know when the payment / online thingy is available?
Don't want to miss my slot :)

Supercarsiege 14-03-2014 02:30 PM

Hi guys,

Payment should be live within the next week or so, we wll let all clubs know when it does.

Extra kids are fine, had an issue with one person giving friends a lift in the car through the gate, 7 people in a 4 seater was kicking the **** out of it ;)

That takes the piss.
This event is already great value and most importantly for charity.
Anyone who is seen abusing this generous price reduction will be immediately asked to leave and will certainly not be allocated space on any SES stand at any future events.

Couldn't agree more mate, and I was only joking about the 4 kids in the boot :) I think the event is very cheap to be honest and like you say it all goes to charity so even better

Willowsdad 15-03-2014 01:52 AM

Anybody ripping off a charity deserves what's coming their way. Some people just have no morals. As said it's cheap already, so why bother. I can't wait, I'm sure it'll be a cracking day.

Madhou5e 15-03-2014 07:22 PM

We need someone to make sure Mr Sunshine is going to be making an appearance too to show off the nicely AutoGlymd panels :)

Supercarsiege 26-03-2014 07:43 PM

Hi all,

Thank you for being patient with us, we were hoping for an E Ticket system but have gone back to last years process.

To pay please go to this Justgiving page: http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/supercarsiege2014

We are now asking for £10 minimum donation and not the £11 as previously stated.

I cannot stress enough, please make sure you put the following down with your payment in the message section:
Name
Registration number
Make/Model
Club (SES).

http://thumbsnap.com/s/DFh44qIz.jpg|

Without it we won't be able to guarantee you a place.

Any questions send us an email at Clubs@supercarsiege.co.uk

Ross

Hi Ross, Thanks for the update.
I will chase everybody to pay individually, which saves us the hassle of collating/collecting everything.
Do you want to send out the passes direct to me and I will hand them out in the services, as per last year.

Banstead Stig 26-03-2014 09:02 PM

Is there a cut off date after which it's too late to join the stand?

Still unsure if we'll make it, but I'm hopeful of doing so.

Ta.

LeonTurbo 26-03-2014 09:33 PM

So the passes will all be sent to one person then handed out to us when we meet on the day?

Same sort of question really.....I'm 99.9% sure we're going but we only arrive back from a Holland drive the night before so getting there for 7:30am(!) will be a tug on my crew....and I have to AutoGlym the car at some point lol :)

Why don't you buy a bottle of rapid detailer by auto glym and take it with you and do it at the show mate .

LeonTurbo 30-03-2014 06:23 PM

Im trying to pay now on the donation page. Can someone let me know if its gone through or not please?
