Go to the email you were sent today, click on 'donation' and scroll down the page. People will be listed on the bottom of the page.

Steve_PPP 19-04-2016 09:11 PM

Sure we'll be sorting a meetup beforehand, we have a couple of locations just off the M25 we've used in the past. Just keep an eye on this thread....

BIG"E" 19-04-2016 09:34 PM

Sorted donation all paid up :ok:

simonairheadz 19-04-2016 10:27 PM

This will be a fantastic event once again and a great opportunity to see some great racing too.
Can I please add on a personal note.
Last year Unfortunatly certain cars felt they couldn't adhear to the minimum leaving time agreements.
These/this cars/car were noted at the time and will not be welcome back.
I leave this responsibility to the club organisers
To deal with as on the day a refusal at the gate
Based on photo and numberplate will disappoint.
Feel free to personal message me.

Steve_PPP 19-04-2016 10:34 PM

Simon - PM'd.....

Scott.T 20-04-2016 09:00 PM

Gutted to be missing this as we are already busy. Appear to be missing lots of meets so far. Sorry! Need more days in the weekend!

Garyskisplym 27-04-2016 01:19 PM

All paid up see they are having a stand at tuner fest later in the year too. This time they have 300 spaces not only 100

We're waiting for more info on that one. The 19th June event has historically been called Modified Live, but was renamed to TunerFest last year.

I'm guessing that the usual car clubs for that event (which we've attended for 5 or 6 years under the Modified Live guise) will still have allocated space and so will Supercar Siege. But 300 cars is a pretty big space.

We'll let you know when we have more news..... :)

Ginola 27-04-2016 02:05 PM

My second ticket for Handbrake includes both days even though only ordered the 1 :o

Off topic, but it would be good to see more clubs in attendance this year. The club turnout last year was dire!

Scott.T 01-05-2016 01:59 PM

Has anyone had any tickets/confirmation through yet ?
I ask as my spam filter seems to be doing a good job at stripping Siege emails.

Ginola 01-05-2016 04:09 PM

Had confirmation a little over a week ago, this was on the bit before you pay Virgin.. also bought passenger ticket which arrived a couple of days after I ordered it, we're supposed to collect tickets on the gate apparently.

Shamelessly copied..

Your pass will be waiting for you at the gate where our pink hi-vis wearing team will meet you, simply give them your surname.
Drivers must arrive between 08:00hrs and 09:00hrs. We cannot guarantee access after this time.
All passengers must have tickets to the venue: Website
Children under 13 years of age have free admission.
Cars are asked to remain on display until 16:00hrs. Please remember you are taking part in a charity event.
Rules for the venue such as pets etc. can be found on their website.
The FREE pit lane walk starts promptly at 09:00hrs should you want to get photos of the cars up close.
Although no BBQ’s and Gazebo’s are allowed, we actively encourage the use of picnic hampers and sunscreen.

The Handbrake 01-05-2016 05:30 PM

Camper Scoob it is then :)

BIG"E" 01-05-2016 10:46 PM

So what time are we getting to Brands?

I would have thought at around 08.00 ??

All I've received is the Virgin Money confirmation.
I'm on the list of donators, but no additional email/info has been received !! Also a bit pissed that the gift aid didn't appear to work/go through.

Steve_PPP 02-05-2016 01:49 PM

Got the same email today as last week chasing payment so i'm guessing there's still people who haven't sorted their donation even if we all have.

I don't think there is any tickets as such. Just make sure we're all in between 8am-9am and give our surnames on the gate (they already have our reg numbers to tally up). It does say in the email:

Only those that have been allocated a space will receive this email so can I please ask you not to share. Should someone donate or try to circumvent the invitation process I am afraid they still will not get in on the day and the donation will not be refunded.
