BUT WE HAVE ROOM FOR MORE CARS IF PEOPLE WANT TO PAY ON THE DAY OR VIA THE BRANDS WEBSITE.

We need to be onsite by 9:00am, gates open at 6:00am!! (but I'm not that keen)

I suggest we meet up at 8:000am in the normal place.
Come off M25, round roandabout towards Brands then go left into the industrial Estate at the next roundabout.

We will then dish out the tickets and convoy the last little bit.

Entrance this year for Clubs/Exhibitors is via the Paddock entrance not the Main Entrance (I assume in a bid to help traffic flow), so we aim to be there for 08:15am.

Our Stand is behind the Grandstand/Shops on the raised area above the Show'N'Shine.

so that everyone is aware when we get to the Club pitch, we aim to arrange the cars similar to last year.
Gazeebo at the back, 1 car each of Gazeebo.
Then two parrallel angled/mirrored columns of cars extending to front of pitch.

13 on stand, Moley is bringing along another 2 and we have 20 spaces.
I purchased 20 tickets for the 20 bodies that are coming and took the liberty to say we needed room for 20 cars.

So yes, inc Moley's we have room for another 5 cars if the drivers/passengers pay on the day.
