No probs Si..

It looks like we will be parking along the old Brooklands race track

Do you want me to put you on the list?

Banstead Stig 05-10-2013 06:36 PM

That probably means a different entrance to the one I thought we'd be using, but still the Tesco is a good meeting place. :)

It looks like we will have plenty of space for parking as we have been allocated an area around the old Brooklands circuit.. :-D:-D

Hmm... I sense a calendar photo opportunity here! Something with a touch of graining, maybe a vignette (not the stuff you put on your salad!) or sepia toning...

Moley_WRX 10-10-2013 08:10 PM

I'm a bit of a TBC at the moment.

Faney and me are fitting my FMIC on Saturday, so depends if the car is done or not.

BIG"E" 11-10-2013 07:07 AM

How long does it take to get from Clacket Lane services to the Tescos?

With what I believe is through a section of road works??

Sorry my knowledge of that area is not great.

C. J. 11-10-2013 08:08 AM

35mins to 40mins max

Clacketts it towards the end of the "stretch of doom". 50mph average speed cameras... had to go through it last night. :(

Nice and quick after that though. CJ's estimate is spot on I'd say.

Red Baron 11-10-2013 09:17 AM

Can the Gazebo go up without guy ropes? Weather isn't looking too good according to the BBC this morning and we'll struggle to get tent pegs into the concrete of the Brooklands banking.

Hoping I get a dry spell tomorrow to do my brakes otherwise I won't be going.

Shane

We're making do with the flags as we don't think they'll be anywhere to tie/peg the gazebo down and we don't want a gust picking it up and dropping it on someones scoob ;)

Weather looks changeable so i think we'll have to just see what happens, don't think the forecast is going to be too accurate. Its already changed in the last hour
