Not sure Ian, I could stop in the first lay by on the A21 as you go straight on at junc 5 on the M25. Suppose I would stop there about 11 if I left here at 10:40.

Just a reminder to anyone meeting at Brighton, that we're meeting at the A27 junction (Braypool Lane) rather than at the Patcham BP as we normally do!

If you miss us, then see you at the pub (pub's postcode is BN27 3QJ).

I was nice to have a chat with Burble and his good lady, also it was good to meet Bonner.
Special thanks to Munk for making one of his hardest decisions he has had to make in a while, in getting his 1 out of the garage, it must have taken a lot. :five:

On a different note please can the people that left without paying for two burgers please own up on the forum or via PM.

Who ever it is now owe us the sum of £7.50 per burger.

Great meet, and really nice to catch up with old and new faces (dont take that the wrong way 'E'

Burble, definately the right decision to come to Germany, its a great laugh. And as you didnt buy my car when I sold it, you are allowed to come. If you had bought it, you would have been barred

On the food front, before the food was finally ordered I checked with the pub, there were 19 orders and 19 peeps, so the right amount. It may be that the pub themselves didn't tick it off but if anyone has left and forgot to settle up which is easily done , then let 'E' know, cheers.

Granby 23-02-2013 04:43 PM

Good meet today and nice to have a chat :ok:

Red Baron 23-02-2013 04:56 PM

Was good to meet a few more of you and catch up with those I hadn't seen for a while, sorry I didn't chat outside for too long, the boy was getting cold so took him indoors.

Shane

p.s. I paid for my burgers, honest.

Steve_PPP 23-02-2013 06:10 PM

Great turnout at todays meet considering how bloody cold it was, thanks to everyone for coming.

Ginola 23-02-2013 06:26 PM

Nice to see everyone and chat, maybe we paid for food twice...
I've Just finished cleaning all the salt of the car!!! followed a gritting lorry back on the A27 :| so more car cleaning! :polish:

You know its cold when your friend is washing his fireblade behind your car and the snow-foam on his fuel tank is turning into ice!! dono how that's possible when its already snow? :P

555_Si 23-02-2013 09:39 PM

good to see everyone again, i promise my car will be rid of blue shortly. Especially as some thought it was a deliberate colour scheme, lol.

interesting following Ginola through tunnel at Shoreham and getting four wheel wheel spin. wasn't expecting that with my under powered motor.

cheers everyone, i had steak so burger bill not mine, though young lad behind bar was getting very confused when i paid my bill as i told him he had missed my drinks off, but he was convinced i had already paid for them.

if you needme to throw some pennies in a pot to cover towards the burgers so that a single person isn't taking the brunt of it let me know.

might be better to pay when we order in future.

munk 23-02-2013 09:46 PM
