Has anybody seen this, this is attached to the booking confirmation.
Hotel policies These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description. Deposit A fixed amount of EUR 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Cancellation policy If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. We have booked by the way but worried about the 300euro deposit lol |

Funny isn't it Martyn, we tried for years to get this trip going with no joy what so ever. Two months in and we managed to get this done. Different stuff alltogether. Just think, this time next year when we do it AGAIN there may be twice as many? |

Steve,yes mate,quality that people are up for it.
As you say next year will no doubt attract more. Nice little number to test the water,well and the beer of course. No bloomin kermit legs or snails for me though. The last time i was in lille i got taken out for a bussiness meal,the guy got me to try everything including some animals stomach,they are so wrong!! I mean,what is wrong with sossage,egg and chips :yeah: |

I have just checked my insurance.
From what I can make out everyone should be covered, but 3rd PARTY ONLY. So to be covered FULLY COMP. it has just cost £26, that is because their minimum extra cover is 90 days. Me and Laura spotted something in the Sunday paper this week about the Lille Christmas Market. It starts this weekend and goes through to Christmas. From what I read, it looks pretty good. You will get some PROPER French Cheese there, really good pongy strong stuff MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmm :nod: |

I have my passport sorted and have notified my insurance company. Fingers crossed a week from now i will feel less fragile,as the scoob is not what you call comfy. |

Lille has some of the best restaurants around,i was there for a weekend last time on business and must have put on a stone

So a little sugestion is, big breakfast then head to the many markets,great fun and many a bargain to be had. |

I will be heading out to join the M20 Larkfield way,need to be on M20 by 06.30am,so leaving home at 06.00am
I am guessing i will be meeting up with Darryl,kim,Steve And Laura before setting off. Can everyone else please post the way they are going so we can arrange meeting points I would suggest diferent points on the M20.
