Update coming ref logistics on the day but it essentially is turning up direct to the main gate of Leeds Castle where my team will be on hand to issue passes to clubs as well as park everyone up.

So will we all meet on the gate on the day then?

Can I just clarify the timing for this event? Info on page 1 says 08:00 on stand...

and Virgin Money site says 07:30 on site ...

and the Supercar Siege website says

As far as I know (BUT TO BE CONFIRMED!) we all meet at 7:30am at the entrance to Leeds Castle where we will be directed into a holding field so the clubs can group together. Once all present we'll then move up to the castle area itself for 8am where the club stands are (its a pretty big site ;)).

Last year everyone grouped together at the motorway services and it caused a nightmare, hence we're doing it in a field by the castle entrance.

We are still waiting for official timings.

Right so just got my email confirming everything, ie times we have to be there ect, just wondering if there is a convoy travelling up from eastbourne as I'm proper useless with directions and will probably end up in leeds itself so would be good to have some one to follow lol.

Check your junk mail. That's where mine was. I could paste my email on here, but you need to make sure they've got your reg and details so you can get in.

I got the email too, but it was in my Hotmail junk folder - check there guys :)

I received e-mail (all my mail goes to Junk if there not in my address book!)

However my REG number was not on the e-mail, Im assuming all is ok, I did e-mail through before about not placing my reg on the original donation, I put Ginola(SES)

Did not get a response to that e-mail though.
