Want to stay away from gold until I get the rims I want and £35 for the lot Nick got some more stuff getting done shortly but that's getting kept a secret until I come down .

scotty 05-10-2014 06:49 PM

I'm in the process of re wiring the stereo and came across this which is attached to the ashtray but there is no plug for it to go into but there is a splade at the back of the cigarette lighter I am assuming it gets attach to something

Don't mess with the ST2's colours.
They will be a good wheel ruined if you stray too far from an OE finish.

Got that Nick , connector to ashtray connector must be missing as the cig lighter lights up green , strange and I need to check my front speakers tomorrow to see if the connectors have come off or i have blowing them .

scotty 05-10-2014 09:01 PM

I have found the paint code which is Akzo Noble 7E81208 .
Pole time on the ST2 alloys GOLD OR WHITE

seventune 08-10-2014 09:13 AM

Was just going to ask how you where getting on with the wheels. Love the style. I had considered something similar for mine. White or gold a? tough call. I'd have to go white if it where me.

scotty 08-10-2014 07:23 PM

Well have decided and going to keep the ST2 OEM colour and going for GOLD as white would be a right pain in the arse to keep clean now if I've got any money left after the meet in November then that's when they will get done .

scotty 24-10-2014 08:58 AM

Well had good hard long think through the night I am just going to put a standard 2.0 lump into the Terzo and go from there .

scotty 24-10-2014 08:19 PM

Phoned the engine builder today doing a standard 2.0 lump build with a set upgrade injectors and a vf turbo , pink box clutch with a remap to 320 to use as a daily driver .

Hongkongfooi 24-10-2014 10:00 PM

what about the type R?:norty:

Standard with a few cosmetic alterations :norty:

Tyler 25-10-2014 01:00 AM

If you are going to do a standard lump at least change the big end bearings to acl as that's what went on mine. I do love that type r though so I don't blame you :)

Cheers for the info Tyler I will let the builder know when I visit him to strip some parts and take them to Locky at Hydrotek Custom Coatings .

scotty 27-10-2014 12:57 PM

As not doing a 2.1 build due to money going else I.E a type r so just wondering if it would be worth buying
1. A brand new long engine then add injectors , turbo , clutch and flywheel
2. source a short block with low mileage and heads , injectors , turbo , clutch and flywheel

Mind this will be used as a daily runner .

scotty 30-10-2014 10:04 PM

Just found a 2.0 long engine rebuilt by API 18 month ago with certificate of proof now I wonder if that is worth buying and at a breakers in Invergordon .

scotty 02-11-2014 02:26 AM

Project 112 is deceased as car has been sold to fund new toy .
