Hello all,

First of all, everyone here at Team Supercar Siege would like to thank you for your generous donation.
Without the effort of those displaying the cars, the show would simply be two middle aged men stood in a field looking fabulous.

I'm sure the biggest questions on everyone’s mind right now is “how do we get into the venue?”

All we need is for drivers (who have donated) to turn up promptly between 07:30hrs and 08:30hrs on Sunday the 18th of May.
You are heading for Leeds Castle Main Entrance, please note there are road works signs at the entrance road but you can still gain access.

Once inside the first gate you will be met by our staff who will simply need to know which club stand you are on. If you shout and scream your club name as you enter we will be very happy.
From there they will direct you to one of four zones in the exterior car park which will enable you to collect your display pass.
Once you have your pass we will instruct you to head on in where you will be met by more staff who will assist you to park in the correct location.

We have chosen to do this so we have no issues with cars meeting at the service station as per last year.

If you have friends and family who wish to come along to the show separately yourself, please follow this link to our Facebook page where you will find a 2 for 1 voucher: Facebook

Timings: Clubs stands entrance opens at 07:30hrs and closes at 09:00hrs.
Public opening time: 10:30hrs
Closing: Cars on display will be allowed to leave at 16:30hrs. (The last tickets for the public will be sold at this time).

Address:
Leeds Castle,
Maidstone,
Kent
ME17 1PL

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

simonairheadz 13-05-2014 09:36 AM

I will be greeting you all on the gate so say hello
To the baldchap in a pink hi vis with airheads on lol

LeonTurbo 13-05-2014 02:28 PM

Is there any convoy on the way?

Willowsdad 13-05-2014 04:32 PM

There's one leaving yours at 7am.

Scott.T 13-05-2014 04:52 PM

Due to the location of this event, people are coming from 360 Degree directions, so no meet point for SES is planned.

If you have a local group/meet point then please arrange yourselves.

We aim to be at Leed's main gate for around 7:50-8:00am, please schedule your journey to rendevouse at Leed's for a similar time, as this will help facilitate the entrance & stand parking arrangements.

LeonTurbo 13-05-2014 06:15 PM

Shall we pop up there together then Paul? Just wondered if anyone wants to meet on the way. Still haven't got the car no where ready

Willowsdad 13-05-2014 06:40 PM

Well I'm picking your brother up so no point in going down separately. I've got whole day set aside for detailing Saturday. Still won't be up to my standards though.

Oh sorry About that. Well I got to do my car too if I go. Will just have to get the elbow grease out Saturday evening. Thas if I still go.

Danwrx 13-05-2014 08:25 PM

I've still got loads to do aswell, finally fitted my new calipers and discs today after having a nightmare bleeding them, car goes in tomorrow to get rear arch repaired, get car back either Friday afternoon (hopefully) then car goes to Craig aka sti Mayhew for four new tyres sat morning then get car back, fit new front drop links and roll bar bushes, then clean, polish and wax the car. Not to much to do, should be finished just in time to wake the mrs and kids up and leave for the castle lol

Willowsdad 13-05-2014 09:14 PM

Be well prepared for the front roll bar bushes. I replaced my front arb and it took forever. The nut blocked by the sub frame was a weird size between 7/16 and 12mm, and made of butter. Rounded off completely and had to bash it off with a hammer and chisel. Make sure you've got some spare nuts just in case. Front droplinks were a lot easier than the rear though.

Cheers for the heads up mate  I'm not looking forward to doing any of it to be honest as I just wanted to spend the time polishing it but needs must an all that ;)

LeonTurbo 14-05-2014 07:19 AM

Yeah but it was an absolute nightmare. Had to dremel a slice in the nut, then hammer it off. But on one side the weld holding the bolt in snapped. I then had to cut it off with an hacksaw blade and snap it, and then put a new nut and bolt in. Glad it's finished tbh.

Can't see Col_2 on the list - I know he has paid and is definitely going :) Is there a limited number of stand places? Are there any spaces left? Thanks :)

Col_2 is on the list at no. 19.

There was no limit to the stand places but entries closed on 01/5/14.

Might even wear shorts for the first time this year :D

Willowsdad 15-05-2014 12:06 PM

Very nice. Looks like I got lucky that hoodies were out of stock, and I had to swap to a polo shirt which arrived 10 minutes ago. Looks like nice weather for cleaning on Saturday too.
