Track is midley moist today....great watching the experts drifting. A few of us went out for a steady one.
Now sat in a bar watching the gp.

Didn't need new underwear, but certainly found the wet limit of Steve's impreza

Steve_PPP 28-05-2013 09:01 PM

Was certainly worth a few laughs though Si :ok: I'll get the video up later on.

What a cracking weekend folks :D

If it was one of the rented ones in the Gulf colours, then i passed him on a lap whilst he was trying to crawl back to the car park in it. Looked like he'd gone into the barrier with one end of the car and that turned the car round and it hit the other end too. But damage didn't look to bad, looked like 2 bumpers and a few panels maybe.

Don't have bumpers on an Exige.... It will be the whole clam and there not cheap ;)

And yes that was him

SpecB 29-05-2013 05:41 AM

Was that the one limping back with the yellow Megane?

Mortster 29-05-2013 08:09 AM

He's been told bg a doctor not to race again? Shame, braking his nice spec c that he only just built.

Anger 29-05-2013 09:02 AM

Ah that's ****, don't go on SN anymore so didn't see this

C. J. 29-05-2013 09:26 AM

Will be missed at sprint series

It's great to be back! Crappy weather, cold and wet.

I'm missing the roads with stunning scenery, virtually traffic free, no speed cameras, sweeping hairpin bends and the super smooth surface. The most fun I've had driving today is swerving around potholes at 5mph whilst stuck in a jam.....

Drove 80miles in the scoob today as the pug is in need of exhaust bits, and can only agree with the above, lets go back next week? :)

Wagon_Jo 30-05-2013 09:47 AM

Totally agree Greg and Dave. I can't seem to navigate very well with out a scoobie to follow.

To be fair that last petrol stop and following a scoobie didn't go so well either. Oops :-|

This time last week we were doing a few pre-breakfast laps...
