24 front and rear on my Bug, 3 point adjustable, both front and back on stiffest setting.

Yes adjustable

I'm considering dropping from a rear 24mm back to a 22mm as think the 24 is too much for the road on a classic. It removes the independence of the rear shocks and can kick back quite hard on mid bend bumps.
Standard is 18mm - 20mm dependant on model.

I''d always changed my ARB's front and rear never just one as having played with just the rear of the Eibach kit on the Impreza for a couple of days before fitting the front it was shall we say unpredictable!

So you think 22mm front and rear might be more suited ?

Yes, I am thinking of going back to a 22mm adjustable.
I have recently learnt from an Ex-prodrive engineer that the Prodrive WR setup for the 99/00 actually dropped down from a 20mm to an 18mm due to the much stiffer rear spring they fitted.

I would and have left the front ARB as stock but uprated the drop link bushes and ARB bushes.

It all depends whether you want a 'Fast Road' car or a 'Track' car. I'm more interested in the former.......particularly on the road of Sussex......

I run adjustable 22mm front and 22mm rear on the type r :)
