Goodwood brekkie club 6th oct

Yep this Sunday coming and the theme is Italian cars....hmmm,:tissue:

Hopefully gregs lancia delta will be there and a mate of mine is taking his maserati

I'm aiming to go nice and early

SamSTI 30-09-2013 09:22 PM

Yeah I plan to get there early as well.

I think Dave & Wanda are going too.

Hongkongfooi 30-09-2013 10:29 PM

Steve_PPP 30-09-2013 10:31 PM

Sorry Tim, thanks for the text earlier about this but forgot to reply as i was in the middle of driving at the time....

Not sure what I'm up to this Sunday yet, will let you know.

Ginola 30-09-2013 10:51 PM

Will most likely be going to this ;) Hopefully get to see Gregs original "evo" ;)

Scooby_Greg 30-09-2013 10:51 PM

I hope to be there - have to be home by 12 though.
The Delta should hopefully make an appearance as will finally be out of the garage on Saturday. All main mechanical jobs have now been done - bodywork to do in the spring. I've only seen it for a couple of days since I bought it and so looking forward to getting it back!

I think it's the public car park Si, I'll probably be in the diesel for this one.

SamSTI 03-10-2013 06:36 PM

What time's everybody getting there this Sunday?

Hongkongfooi 03-10-2013 06:52 PM

If it's the road I'm thinking of (the one that comes out just opposite the circuit entrance) they closed it at both ends at the soft top breakfast club only allowing access via the main 2 routes:-(

No not that one ;) It will most likely involve 2mins of que :)

Banstead Stig 04-10-2013 01:02 PM

Can't make it, which is a shame as my friend is taking his new Fezza and his mum is taking her new Maserati (it has about 500 miles on it!).

Not at all jealous... honest!

I normally go up Claypit Lane from Stane St upto the rolls Royce roundabout - cuts out the queue on Madgwick.

Anger 04-10-2013 02:32 PM

Will hopefully be down there

Thats the one :) It's the way I went last week ;)

Scooby_Greg 04-10-2013 07:34 PM

I'm sorry but it doesn't look like I will make it - sorry. Tue Delta is still in Bristol being mapped and I have a few bits to do on car for next weekend. Shame as the forecast is very good and Goodwood have said there's some good cars registered to go along - old and new

That's a shame Greg. I was looking forward to seeing the delta in the flesh.

Should be back soon Sam and I'll bring it along to a meet

midlife2 04-10-2013 11:44 PM

Should be going on my Italian steed.

Hongkongfooi 05-10-2013 03:58 PM

Ok so it's 7am at bp mill road, Brighton for Sam and anyone else, then onto ginola at Fontwell shell around 730 to convoy in via the back roads.

Any others fancy joining the last breakfast club of the year?

ajf 05-10-2013 04:45 PM

Will be coming down from Guildford area

Steve_PPP 05-10-2013 08:43 PM

Have a good morning guys, was hoping to come along but too much to get done tomorrow i'm afraid (can't justify Goodwood two weekends in a row!)

midlife2 06-10-2013 12:21 PM

Hongkongfooi 06-10-2013 12:44 PM

Thanks to those that joined us.....my wife actually joined me as well and enjoyed the brekkie after. Some great cars on show to the point that 458's were common as muck:grin:

Agreed with the above. Cracking weather... cracking cars... cracking company, followed by a cracking breakfast.

So to summarize.... cracking day lol.

They are. Someone round the corner from me has just bought one. We don't live in a bad spot, but nor do we live in traditional supercar territory.

Anger 06-10-2013 05:46 PM

Great morning and cracking weather... Didn't spot any of you lot tho
