Pics so far I think look good. It was never going to be any oil painting as with others but I just want to drive it and if it feels like a scoob then that's good enough for me!

Scooby_Greg 14-01-2014 08:25 PM

Much prefered the concept version

Does this mean an order is imminent?

Agreed Greg, though as with most concepts, the reality is different which is a shame, I actually like what I've seen so far, though I want to see one in the flesh.

Yes Steve. Subject to seeing and driving one then it will be next. I had almost resigned myself to looking at the new golf 'r' as that's 296bhp and 4wd but that was in the absence of any sti being available.

Scooby_Greg 14-01-2014 08:59 PM

I agree and would like to see one - there's some cars that just look really different in the flesh compared to photos

And of course, there is ONLY one colour!!!

Scott.T 14-01-2014 09:55 PM

It's better then nothing, will save judgement for the flesh.
It looks a bit like it's had a threesome with a Legacy, Evo and Honda Accord.

Matt23 17-01-2014 09:24 PM

What Subaru forgot to say is. It needs head gaskets, pistons & Rods. Then your sound. If you allow for this, in my opinion it will be Subaru's best car for many years.

Get a JDM one

Lucky 19-01-2014 09:26 AM

If I lease it through work then it'll be a uk one, as I would have it for three years and then it goes back. If I buy it through work, meaning I would keep it longer as I did the hawk then Jdm has to be looked at. At the moment there seems to be little info out there on Jdm though? Another thing I'm trying to find out is when and if there will be an R/pro drive pack or version. I don't want to get a stock sti and then 2 months later there's a 340/350 bhp R/pro drive model. That happened to me on the hawk when then 2 weeks later they announced the RB320!!
