Banstead Stig's Scoobs
I had previously put up some pictures of my FSTi, before the Forumgeddon, which are no longer on here.
Since then I have made a couple of minor changes and there's a new addition to our stable, so I thought the time was right to put some pics. First up, the FSTi... it's a 2006 with 37k on the clock. I've had it almost two years. Currently virtually standard, just a few tweaks as noted below, but a bigger one on the way ;) http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_2315.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_2316.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_2317.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_2318.jpg Out in the snow... http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...w/IMG_2245.jpg I decided to tidy up the centre console, as an interim measure before getting a decent double din unit in there. Before: http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...428_115918.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...428_115927.jpg Not very attractive or tidy. Certainly not to my preference. And now: http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...428_134352.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...428_125202.jpg Decided to fit some braces to sharpen up the handling... http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...IMG_3316-1.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_3317.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_3318.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_3319.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMG_3320.jpg And 'finally', until the new year, this arrived last week and is awaiting fitting... http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMAG0300.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...g/IMAG0301.jpg Now, that's my car done. A fortnight ago (just under) we traded in my wife's Yaris, which has faithfully served us for years and replaced it with this... http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_3452.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_3453.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_3454.jpg http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/...n/IMG_3455.jpg A 2005 wagon with PPP (a bonus that was confirmed after we bought it). Needs a proper detail, tints and a few other bits and pieces, but it came with FSSH, 67k miles and a decent file of receipts for a very keen price. It needs the rear struts replaced or refurbed, but they are not in dire need. Hopefully it will also serve us well. Thanks for looking. |

Cheers chaps.
I love the Forester. Hoping to get a remap in the new year to unlock some more power. I like having something a bit unusual. ;) |
LOL a fair few Surry Scoobs here :)
Yes I'm trying to get my post count up so I can see Nige's hawk eye in the forsale section. |

The wagon now has some added darkness. Sets it off nicely I think.
