oil help!!

Hiya guys and girls. Could someone recommend a gearbox oil and how much does my 2000 turbo take?

im using millers crx 75w90 nt. I think its 3.5 litres for a 5 speed gearbox.

buy a 5 litre bottle which then leaves 1.5 to use in the rear diff.

Or just fill up the rear diff till it over flows out the top hole.

correct oil for the rear diff of this car but be careful as some Subaru's use a specific LSD oil for the rear diff..........

Would this oil be ok for a new age STI gearbox and rear diff? Or would something else suit it better?
