Fast road setup - Kent
Ive uprated the arbs and droplinks on my WR1, and I was thinking that it needs the wheel alignment checking. While I'm having it done I was thinking of getting a fast road geo set up. So where's the best place local to me to get it done?

If not it is advisable to do so.. |
By mounts do you mean the droplinks, or the brackets and bushes? I went for the cdf 22/24mm set up with solid droplinks front and rear.

Used new bushes, but the existing brackets. They were fine, and I haven't heard anyone advising to replace them before?

I was advised by someone with alot of scoob knowledge. I dare say yours will be fine. Just be carefull as it makes the rear end alot more lively . |
Stout Mounts I think they are called, worth while if your going stiff stiff or tracking the car a lot.
If your going for a proper fast road setup you will most likely need 1 or 2 pairs of camber bolts to be able to get the required amount of camber, unless you already have these fitted. Is the suspension otherwise standard? |
I'm aiming for a daily driver with the occasional track day, so don't want to over do it. Suspension is otherwise standard at the moment. I've got a genome back box to fit for the weekend, so I'll check out the standard mounts while I'm under there. The arb's have been fitted for a few months now, so any weakness should be starting to show.
