I have only really worked for small companies, Used to subby for ADT and nearly went to SECOM 4-5 years ago.

I used to manage 12-15 blokes along with project managing the big jobs .... bloody nightmare. Similar to running a kids creche! (Except for the fact that kids sometimes do what they are asked!!)
