Hi Ian,
No I didn`t although I should really have a go :ok:
H and I got there about 3 ish with the big boys running/shakedowns etc, then novices out at 5, had a mate running out 1st time so was there for moral support.
Saw Robins parked up plus there were a couple of other scoobs that looked like they were going on track.

If there`s an SES session in the future I would seriously consider having a go although watching you is fun

The 'taster' sessions are great fun, ohow did you find the drop into paddock?

robinmgb 30-08-2012 07:27 AM

First time dropping in to paddock hill was a shock, didn't realise how steep it was, felt more like being on a rollercoaster than in a car! was fine each time after and really enjoyed it but my favourite part every lap was full power out of clarke curve on to brabham straight

SpecB 30-08-2012 10:34 AM

I do enjoy balancing the car on the throttle from clear ways to Clarke and onto the straight, good old 4 wheel drift!

Skullfudge 30-08-2012 03:03 PM

£ 25 !! that's cheap !

robinmgb 30-08-2012 06:59 PM

I booked a 20 minute taster session with clubmsv and that's all it costs, they charge £10 extra for passengers and £10 helmet hire if you don't have your own, not bad is it

Steve_PPP 30-08-2012 09:13 PM

The taster sessions are good value, might have to setup another SES day at Brands one evening.

I know some of them are novice only (max of 3 previous trackdays i think).

scotty 30-08-2012 09:30 PM

now thats a good idea steve .

IIRC all the taster sessions are novice only.

However, if we get enough people to fill an exclusive 'SES' session they ignore that rule.
