SES - Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup, 7th May 2017
 

15 FREE TICKETS for the 1st Ten Cars (Driver entry only).

I have secured 15 free tickets courtesy of Brands Hatch and arranged for us to park within the Venue on our own stand.
We attended last year and feedback would suggest that there is interest in attending once again this year.

Due to Brands Hatch allowing us a club stand we would be parking as a group and enjoy the sight and sounds of the GT3 cars on the GP circuit.

BBQ food, seating and the Gazeebo are recommended.

I'm not able to confirm attendance quite yet, but I can reiterate that this is excellent day out and Blancpain was my fave event at Brands Hatch last year.

I approached Brands over the weekend to see if we could get in as a club and have a dedicated club stand. They have responded this morning positively, but I need to give an indication of numbers.
Can all those that may be interested provide me with some feedback for Brands, thanks

I could well be up for this, I've got a season pass to Brands Hatch this year... not sure my wagon is really worthy of being on a club stand though!

Saw that too, so quite a result that for us, as we have already organised direct with Brands Hatch.
I think they are also doing the Tunerfest event, but I'm having difficulty establishing communication with Supercar Siege.

I think based on the uptake we have had and that I have negotiated the space/tickets based on it being a Subaru club, that I need to prioritise to Subaru cars and SES members.

I will start a reserve list for Non-subaru.

If we have space left it will then be allocated to non-Subaru in the order they posted interest above.
Hopefully everyone will appreciate/be happy with that approach.

Is Tim going to be put on the list ?

If he's not on the list yet then he's not yet on the shortlist.
We can't have backroom queue jumping. Allocation will be done in the public domain.
Non members will fall to the bottom of the shortlist by default.

Tickets for additional passengers can be purchased here in advance : http://www.brandshatch.co.uk/calenda...06-07-may.aspx or purchased upon entry on the day.

Link for ticket purchases added above for friends/family/passengers, but stand space is limited to 15 car i.e if you buy a ticket you won't get on stand.
Any over/above 15 will have to park in the main car park of pay an additional £5 to park on Southbank.

My friend Greg wants to come along in the Pug GTI-6 (he came with us to BlancPain last year and Tunerfest year before) so added him to the reserve list. If there's not enough space I guess he'll use the public car park or come as passenger.
