Sorted a few bits out.

First I needed to sort out the bottom of me front bumper (That's what happens when you mess about in the snow http://www.surreyscoobies.co.uk/foru...lies/shrug.gifbut it was fun.) and fill the hole with a oil cooler.

My idea is to use the hole under the cover for track day and the small hole for every day stuff and Quite pleased how it turned out http://www.surreyscoobies.co.uk/foru...on_biggrin.gif.

Nice one :) how did you get/what did you use for the fabrication of the duct?

Should be very effective!

I used 3mm Nylon sheet and stitched with cable ties plus a bit of black silicon.
