Alloy wheel protecters

Anybody ever used alloy wheel protecters and if yes what mark and what did you think. Must be honest didn't know such things existed. Had a look at alloy gators site, not sure how they would look. Not that I ever scrape my wheels.

they fall out and if they only 1/2 fall out they will whip & scratch your wings
