C. J. 01-03-2010 05:25 PM

Cool , May be difficult to get rid of the RRH on the door but would keep the sticks for a bit .
Thought stew was putting low silicone Mahle pistons in ?

SpecB 01-03-2010 05:38 PM

Well I suppose that's one way to do it! One hell of a sorted car there maybe one day......

Matt23 01-03-2010 05:52 PM

Very nice james. Leave the stickers on mate, just remove the RRH bits.

The bits on the doors with RRH on are over the top mate and can be peeled off :)

And yeah i got the spec from a old bartop thread and changed bits... trust you to notice the bit i missed ;-)

cossie_eater 01-03-2010 07:31 PM

looked and sounded lovely on sunday mate!

soundwave 01-03-2010 10:05 PM

WRXmike 03-03-2010 12:39 PM

very nice mate. think your right about the graphics. just get rid of the RRH bits. The old boy that drove past it at SRR in his corsa last night didnt agree though as he sat there shaking his head at it:oldman:

tbtstt 03-03-2010 05:53 PM

It's OK I suppose...

...;-) it was a mental car in its previous form so god knows what its going to be like when you've finished with it! Your RA set a benchmark for the classics, so I look forward to seeing what you do with a newage. Are you planning to fully strip this, or keep it with its full complement of seats and interior?

Oh, and put the Surrey Scoobers out of thier misery - what did you make on the rollers?!

Anger 03-03-2010 08:24 PM

Its going to stay as a road car this one Steve :drive:

it made..... 435bhp 463 lbs/ft on v-power at 1.6 peak

WRXmike 03-03-2010 10:16 PM

i'd be well happy with that mate. Nice and safe yet fookin quick.:-D

Anger 03-03-2010 10:18 PM

Didnt realise how fast until i had to slap the anchors on... power deliverie is so different with 2.5 and being a new age

Still getting use to the 6 speed too

belliott 03-03-2010 10:30 PM

your a very lucky man anger, the car is bloody gorgeous and no slouch either, can't wait to see it again on sunday.
