Did you take the last one from your hand or tripod?

You've got a steady hand if the former!

Good work. :ok:

Half & Half.
We didn't take the tripod as was a full day out including the Natural History Museum (which was mad mad mad with far too many people), but may do next time.
It was taken whilst holding the camera on the top of a road works sign.

Really like that last pic, good stuff!

Banstead Stig 21-02-2015 06:15 PM

Don't think I'd brave the NHM at half term!

Good improv with the sign. Worked very well.

BIG"E" 21-02-2015 06:22 PM

Well done Oliver. :10:

I've learnt that the Natural History and Science Museums are venues for inset days when there's only odd schools with days off, always a good day out in London though, did all round Carnaby Street and Covent Garden at Christmas.

Toby says they're opening a Mclaren dealership in Ascot just round the corner from him, will have to have a nose next time we're up there, will sit nicely alongside the Jag, Range Rover and Merc/AMG dealerships in Ascot and the Rolls Royce dealership in Sunningdale.

We aim to go back to Kensington/Knightsbridge in the summer and spend the day snooping around.

There's Maranello Cars in Egham too (so quite close), which is worth an ogle!

Drove past that when I was trying to get to GSF at Heathrow before they shut on a Saturday, didn't have time to stop and look as I had a Passat on the ramp with no gearbox in it that I needed to drive home that night.

We were thinking of going there but wasn't sure they allowed people with less then £100,000 folding notes through the door. Can you just rock up and wander in ?

Anger 22-02-2015 12:17 PM

I did and I was wearing my work clothes :)

Banstead Stig 22-02-2015 12:19 PM

Sorry to digress further from the topic, but his dealership was on TV not that long ago hosting a job swap with a budget used car salesman and a supercar salesman.

It was pretty interesting and he seemed like a decent sort.

Indeed it was. That's were I got the idea from.

Saw that program as well, good watch and interesting to see the regular car salesman take to the job so well, even if he didn't make a sale. Had the right personality for it though.

And nice photos Olly :)

Ginola 23-02-2015 11:11 AM

Nice snaps olly :) I so want a go in a LaFerrari!

jmcc42uk 10-03-2015 11:56 PM
