The v8 engine is coming back out to have some modifcations to the engine bay(involving a large hammer/angle grinder), the engine is all build up with fast road cam, uprated vavle springs, having some custom manafolds made up witch we are waiting on. ow an theres a subaru stuck underneth it so the ramp cant go down(till the wether is better)

see what your saying but its a jap car so keep it all jap and not half jap and half yank

Anger 12-02-2011 10:19 PM

Yes but the Vette engine is 500bhp+ from factory and isnt going to break

chris1977 12-02-2011 10:25 PM

true but it probably needs to be 500bhp+ as it so bloody weighty lol

all joking aside i would love to put one in a mk1 escort just for the hell of it

Anger 12-02-2011 10:35 PM

They love the conversion for track cars im America...

The corvette 7.0 recorded a 0-60 mph time of 3.6 seconds and 1/4 mile in 11.8 seconds at 122 mph and has dry sump

Get one fella! i used to have a rx7 truley stunning car and a totally great drift machine........................................... ..................................... when it worked, the engines are soo tempremental and have another engine on standby so when the rear rota goes pop you can drop the other one in and rebuile the one you took out :-)
