What's an average cost for hotels and travel etc guys so I can start putting some aside?

We spent 1500 all in as we booked a premmier inn for coming down plus about 3 tanks of vpower lol

Awesome. Just submitted my holiday request for 5 days (Thurs - Weds).

We spent less last year than previous years as we used to burn a lot more fuel bombing up and down the road to Jackie's (previous hotel) all the time. Claire and I did last years trip for about £900 i think, plus a few extras like euro breakdown which i paid for beforehand. :)

Will have to pull out this year unless i can change my holiday block at work

A big part of me is saying "been there, done that, brought the T-shirt, hat, sticker, lanyard, fleece throw, mug and flags"

So! your too fat for the t-shirt, the hat doesn't suit you, stickers faded, you need another lanyard for your other card / keys, fleece thrown out, mug smashed or full of brake fluid and your flag poles empty after all the weather lately..........
