checked spark
checked all conections
swapped back to injectors 444cc
swapped injectors conections
swapped crank sensor
swapped lamdba sensor

Air leak will make It overfuel, make sure all the hoses are connected and havnt got any holes in them

Gavsti555 05-03-2012 05:27 PM

Have you got all the vacuum pipes in the right order?

blueygod 06-03-2012 10:54 AM

erm unshore, gonna check them out and check if they all in the right place,be my luck ive done something silly like that

blueygod 19-03-2012 08:40 PM

Have you changed any of the wiring loom for any reason since rebuild ?, and checked relays such as fuel pump relays.

No concillation but if I had tried everything you had - I would be pulling my hair about now. Thats a fairly extensive array of checks already done, and struggling to think of anything else.

I had this on my project classic. The timming belt had jumped a tooth, so might be worth checking the marks all line up still.

blueygod 16-04-2012 09:23 AM

re-checked timming was ok
but when checking the vacuum pipe by the fuel tank it crushed
would that make it over fuel or starve it of fuel
