What a collection
So, which would you have - Dont be greedy, only 1
My choice is the Quatro S1, although the Delta S4 comes a very close 2nd http://www.insideline.com/features/c...-lifetime.html |
RS 200 for me.
|
RS200!
This is my dad's mate and the one he owned in a mag feature, i got taken out in it once and was probably too young to appreciate an RS200 as much as I would now! He's got to be in his 60's now, my dad is convinced he's mentally ill as he's 'into his drag bikes nowadays'!! http://rs200.com/185.htm |
Ian, I nicked the thread from P1WOC and so many people went for RS 200 , I'm really surprised, just my taste but I think they are a little boring compared to the fire spitting S1
Mind you if you want to buy me an RS 200 I won't say no |
There is still a woman in crowborough that drives one.
Lives in the , shall we say , the posh area of Crowborough. Saw it last summer in waitrose car park . Red leather not to my taste, but was option I belive on the road going car . |

Lancia delta integrale does it for me to
|
If that's a nose of an RS1800 then I'll have that one.
As much as I like the Group B's you can't really get them out on the public highway. |

:worthy:205 t16 all the way:-D
..... Or the rs 2000... Hhuumm |
Had 16v integrali for about 20 months, electrics are shocking, eat wheel bearings and cv joints, but drive like a go kart, mine had mild upgrade to about 260bhp .at the time my mate had the early box arch M3 and the grali was as planted as that.
Would be worth about 18k now, I sold it for about 6.5 Would live an evo3 martini edition. Walkers have one with 4000 miles for 44k |
the mk1 escort :tissue:

Castrol celica very cool, reminds me of a remote control tamiya I had :)

I have always fancied a sorted Delta.
But the one car I would love to have out of that lot, without a shadow of doubt is this. http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w...711127_717.jpg http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w...711125_717.jpg :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: :worthy: |

You may have to fight me for that one Scott!:agreed: |
I saw this link yesterday and my mind is still blown. An absolutely awesome collection of cars; Group B monsters, rally classics and a Ferrari F40... if just needs Kankkunen's '99 Impreza WRC to attain perfection. ;)

Hard to pick which one I'd have. The Mk. 2 RS1800, S1E2 quattro, Delta S4 and 205 T16 are all on my dream garage list but, if I could only have one... I'd pick the RS200 as well. Its not pretty (and I think thats the just a regular "road" RS200 not an Evo) but its such an iconic rally and rallycross car - plus is one of only a handful of cars built from the ground up purely with rally in mind - that it would have to be my first choice. |
Is it dirty to just want the f40? Boyhood dream. I'm trying to be more refined but it just screams out.:norty:
|
What i nice collection of cars, one car is for me and still will be is Lancia Delta Integrale or RS200
Jura |
mmmmmmmm would have to be the RS200 followed closley by the delta :-)

saw your wagon up at Neil's yesterday. Looks good. I had a peek at your column mounted guages and I think that's the way I'm going to go. They sit much further forward than I originally thought so they don't seem to cover up too much on the dash. Hope all is well, John |
