Im planning on putting the boost control in because ive lost boost and was told it would help. That was by a dyno centre when I found out that my turbo was only producing 40% of the 100 it should be. Somewhere is a leak and with the gauge fitted the next time (if) it happens ill know

put a gauge in as it's good to see whats going on, but as for turbo not producing boost, it might be the ecu is cutting pressure because of a problem, or as you say might be boost leak, either way you need to get to bottom of problem rather than try to compensate for it as you will probably end up with a much more serious issue.

How will I find out what's going on and where the problem is?
