Fitting brembos to a uk wrx newage

Ok chaps after my ring trip I need a brake upgrade.
Currently on the stock wrx 4 pots with a Godspeed kit all round,
So I'm going to do the basic sti upgrade to brembos other than the calipers, discs, pads and 4bolts is there anything else needed? Disc guards? Lines are hell versions still fine to use?
Seen few posts but no one mentions lines or disc guards etc. Is the wrx master cylinder the same as a sti?
Regards

Which wheels are you running (photos don't load at work so can't check your project thread), will need to go to sti 17s or an 18" option, don't think there are many 17" wheel designs that clear the Brembos.

Oem sti 17s. So no issues there,
And 2015 black sti calipers I've got that are mintttttttttttttt didn't want gold.

Backing plates wouldn’t be essential but are available reasonably priced on ICP. The lines should fit fine if from the original 4 pots, what banjo bolts will you be using? Shouldn’t be a concern but always best to make sure the banjo bolts don’t hit against the back of the pistons.

Cheers pal .
Il order the backing plates as just seen £49 a pair , the banjo bolts are the hell suplied ones
Il order the plates as need to order the bolts any how.

Can the dust guards be removed with out taking the hubs off ? Simple task of unbolting from rear ?

dust guards aren't really needed and simply bolt on from the front once you have the disc off.........
banjo bolts will be no issue and are the same

caliper mounting bolts are specific to the Brembo

if your planning on doing the rears you will need either bigger handbrake shoes, i recently did the upgrade and found that godspeed do a conversion shoe that will fit the wrx hub but still make contact with the drum so you still have a handbrake, if it's just the front your doing then as people have said it all bolts on simple

Just fronts for now, using a good pad/disc combo on rear . Was thinking of having them refurbed black to look nice against the fronts too but we shall see ?

Just a update all on straight forward and soaked the new bolts in Cooper grease.
