T shape rear cross member is it meant to move as i can push mine using my hand does that mean the original bushes are past there sell by date as ive got a feeling that might be causing the seriously annoying knocking noise .

I would say bushes knacked

we have a couple of options to improve and stiffen the T-bar in stock depending on how easy a job you wish and also its intended use

Cheers Alyn took it to my local subaru specialist nope im wrong not that its the fecking droplinks so need to tighten them until i replace them with whiteline ones lol .
