SES - Blancpain GT/Supercar Siege, Sunday 6th May 2018
 

SES have managed to secure stand space for 20 Members at the Blanpain GT championships on 6th May 2018 : https://shop.msv.com/BH-18-Blancpain
This event is being combined with the 2018 Supercar Siege, as per previous years.

Price is confirmed as £15 per car + passenger, with all proceeds going to charity.

Message from Supercar Siege :
Siege is back for 2018 and we are attempting to break all of our previous records.
MSV have kindly donated 500 display passes for the Blancpain GT race day at the legendary Brands Hatch racing circuit which takes place on Sunday the 6th of May 2018.

We aim to make full use of this generous offer and as usual we are asking for a minimum charity donation of £15 which will cover the driver and 1 passenger, with 100% of the money raised to our chosen charity

We initially have space for 15 cars for SES members to attend in an official capacity.

Stand space will only be allocated in the following priority :

a) Subaru owners & SES members who have been a member of this forum for at least 6 months
b) Non-Subaru owner (but interesting vehicle) & SES member who has been a member of this forum for at least 6 months
c) SES members who have been a member of this forum for less than 6 months
d) Friends of SES members (excluding +1 passenger)

This year Supercar Siege and Brands Hatch have joined together with regard to bookings and their is an MSV webpage to register your vehicle.

This requires you to have an MSV login and also provide a picture of your vehicle.
A SouthEasScoobies drop down is available for you to select and you must select the Blancpain GT event.

I'm happy to handle this as I appreciate you don't all want to register your details.
Therefore if you can email a good quality single image of your car that shows it at its best, to me at scott.555@tiscali.co.uk, I will process it.


If you do chose to register yourself on the clubstand SUBARU's ONLY please, unless cleared by SES Admin.

You will receive ONE vehicle pass which also includes admission for the driver and one passenger (only). You must purchase tickets for any additional passengers prior to entry. (Children 12 and under are free.)

Can all those that self registered please ensure they get their ticket purchased and email confirmation as there appears to be some sort of 15 minute timeout when you log in post approval.
MSV seem to be issuing a free ticket once approved, so I'm not sure how Supercar Siege plan to collect their £15 donation.
