Blobeye coilovers fit hawkeye?!

Found a set of dc coilovers on ebay but there from a 2005 blobeye sti just wondering if they would fit my 2006 hawkeye sti anyone know if theyll fit? Cheers!

If it's a wide track blobeye with pcd 114.3? then I believe they will fit.

Yeah I think so Si. I have seen a few 2005 Sti non wide arch which must have been late registered or something.

There bc racing coilovers not the best but heard there pretty decent for the money anyone used them before?

SamSTI 03-08-2016 10:31 PM

I believe a few members on here run them. Like you say, I'll think you'll get mixed reviews. IMO teins flex z are a much better buy (not being biased at all lol) or a good set of used bilsteins of a rb320, if you can find some.. would be a good option :)

Probably a bit late now but I had them on mine and they were fine. More comfortable than just lowering springs and could be adjusted to harden and soften them. I'd have them again.

Bc are utter **** not worth spending youre hard earned money on ive got a few mates that have had snapped springs, rear knocking coilovers and they have 2003-2005 blob wrx and sti's , I had them on my type r all 4 corners were seized and back to were knocking and the state of them were shocking , now im running tein type flex and cant fault them but the choice is yours at the end of the day

the new Tein range is very good value for money and available from your friendly site sponsor :ok:

the BC's / D2 stuff is reasonable at best BUT the main thing we find is the lack of sales support could be far better

I been told too measure the distance between the bottom of the coilovers too the hub and of its 75mm it will fit? The pcd is 114.3 also does anyone know if this is right?
