New Car

Got myself a tempory promotion, now in charge of Kent, so I have this rather swish Mondeo for a while, and a fuel card! After driving it for a week, took the scoob out for its MOT today, you forget how much of a animal they are when you dont drive them everyday. |
You really do appreciate them when you don't drive them every day.
Whats the Mondeo like to drive? My Focus is lovely to drive and very comfortable. |
They are cracking cars to drive and put alot of the german stuff to shame. I love it when I havent drivent the scoob for a while and then get back in it. Noisey, rattles, hard ride, generally hard work to drive, but heck its fast
Dont the scoobs look old fashioned next to a new mondeo too. |
I like the Mondeo's
Only thing that puts me off Ford is the price of the parts & labour price. Even with Emma's huge discounts they are more expensive than Mercedes |

Nice one Nick
Nice to have a nice confy smart car, and then the mad scoob for the week ends. |
850 Miles from a full tank is a bit difrent too.
The clutch on the scoob feels like Im in the gym! I must say Im enjoying the scoob more now, even a short trip to Sainsburys....yes, I know, its quicker to walk, but hey...:-) |
It does make you appreciate the scoob more, the scoob feels soo much better after driving my corsa van for the week lol
|
I always thought newages were big and lardy, but the scoob looks positively match box sized compared to the Mondeo.
|
Thought i hadn't seen you parked in the normal place for a while
