Road trips

Some of you may know that i have a lifestyle biz which arranges road trips and stuff all over the world,

I can see you guys have a thriving and very busy calendar but if anyone has a hankering after a tour rather than a trackday i would be more than happy to help out.

If this post crosses the line in terms of commercialism then i apologise and will withdraw it, but i thought i'd post something up as most of you might think i only arrange charity events :)

Most of our trips sell out year after year as we don't charge silly money for what we do (or make more than enough to pay our costs hence it being a lifestyle biz!) so if anyone would like to find out more i'd be more than happy to chat about it

Do you do any trips in Europe that involve tunnels and the Stelvio Pass?

Or the south of france I have been trying to find someone on here to do this with for ages but no one else on here seems interested.

Perhaps its just me.

I've seriously looked into it as well, although if I was driving that far i'd have to go and see the Millau bridge in France too. Then onto the Alps (via Marseille, Cannes, Monaco maybe....).

Its just so many miles (and cost of fuel). That loop is over 2100 miles.... not far off £600 just on fuel in the scoob :getmecoat:

Could do it in the diesel, but that would be no fun!

The South of France is a real good drive, my son went to Pau about a week ago.....nice billiard table roads, proper grub and amazing scenery.....we may be doing it again soon in a a Gardner Douglas T70 Spyder..which is one of these

If I was to do the trip, it would have to be my annual holiday, as I could not afford another holiday in the same year.
For me it would be a trip of a life time type trip.

Its something I have talked about for the last five years.
I looked in to the possibility of hiring a static caravan and using it as a base in the south of France a couple of years ago.
I have been to the south of France several times but never in a scoob, just picture yourselves driving round the Monaco F1 track in your own scoob awesome.

If youve never been to the Cote d'Azur you havent lived, its not without very good reason that anyone who's anyone lives there.

I'd love a trip like this but would have to be in the school holiday so would end up even more £'s for everybody!

Oddly enough, we do two trips a year down to the Alps :) oth of whihc take in Stelvio even though in our opinion its not even close to being the best road in the Alps

or maybe this one for a bit more luxury?

http://www.petrolheadnirvana.com/dri.../alpine-south/

(might be able to squeeze a 5% discount for SES members although i think there's only a couple of spots left on both of them (I limit them to a max of 20 cars so we can look after people)
