BIG"E" 23-12-2012 08:58 PM

My plan is just to enjoy the 1 as much as I have for the last seven years..

I am looking forward to the highlight of my year,

Bring on the trip to the Nordschleife :drive: :drive:

GB270Adam 23-12-2012 09:04 PM

Once mine is back from the body shop these are my hopeful plans, before japfest fingers crossed.

SC36 turbo.
STI TMIC.
3'' turbo back down/mid pipe (maybe full de-cat).
New fuel pump fitted.
ECUtek and re-map.
STI Brembo's (may get rears as well).
Whiteline front and rear ARB's.
A full detail and machine polish.

Should transform it a little

i will give ya scrap price for it:yeah:

Moley_WRX 23-12-2012 09:09 PM

Tweek the suspension and use it more, including a few track days.

With the Type R - get the paint sorted, V5/6 seats, suspension, and brakes.

Both need their cambelts doing aswell.

ah the expense of two scoobs:norty:

Granby 23-12-2012 09:36 PM

No mods at all, oh hold on I don't have a scoob :geek:

Steve_PPP 23-12-2012 09:44 PM

Finally get round to getting the decat fitted (still on my lounge floor since the H&S group buy!), get it mapped, get the cam belt done, and upgrade the rear brakes to improve the balance.

Other than that, just enjoy it!

bonner 23-12-2012 09:56 PM

Vf 35 turbo
bigger injectors
sti tmic
light weight pullys
aircon delete
bigger tb
hks plugs
Brembos
service
v8 sti interior
remap
xxr rims or 3dsm?
bigger spoiler or raisers!
Just dont tell the missis haha!

Banstead Stig 23-12-2012 10:04 PM

Hoping for a remap on the Foz, few handling tweaks and a thorough sort out inside, possibly new headunit and speakers.

For the Impreza, tinting the windows, probably suspension and maybe new wheels.

jura11 23-12-2012 10:59 PM

Just few bits, but mainly have wagon on the road on the start of the RWYB,have Syvecs I/O Expander fitted, stronger driveshafts and persuade my friend from Czech Republic to sell us his KAPS Sequential gearbox:yeah:

Jura

chrisp 23-12-2012 11:14 PM

Just driving it as was off the road most of this year

Depending on money start the engine build

ScoobyStu 24-12-2012 12:25 AM

New front pads and discs
Samco hoses
Japspeed 15 row Oil cooler
MD321T plus all the necessary bits to go with it (remap, injectors etc)
New alloys or may just replace the buckled one and get them refurbed
May also look at the exhaust as not comfortable with the cat situation and its quite noisy on start up. Especially at three in the morning when I'm off to work!
Would love to go Syvecs and Toucan but probably too much to get done in a year. Was hoping to have the top three already done!

Other than that enjoy it and maintain it :-)

SpecB 24-12-2012 07:13 AM

Billet conversion on the turbo, new intake pipe, tubular headers, fuel surge/swirl tank, toucan & sensor pack, rear Brembos, under body bracing, anti lift kit, rebus he'd back end.

munk 24-12-2012 08:37 AM

Can feel a big bhp p1 coming on.. starting to get an itch ...:paranoid:

C. J. 24-12-2012 08:56 AM

Hopes are , change to double valve springs , titanium retainers and one off cams , make a inlet manifold ( already started) , do the rear bushes with whiteline race spec polybushes.
Father Christmas is bring us a sparco r383 steering wheel & momo boss , need to fit and mod the rollcage that's going in . Fit the second Bosch 044 pump .
And lastly enjoy it on track days and sprints as much as possible :)

Sell it & buy an Sti? It should be worth more in the end to :drive:

Scott.T 24-12-2012 09:38 AM

Ultralite wheels going on
Pff7's off for a refurb
Momo gear knob to match steering wheel (already got but not fitted)
New leather gear gaitor (already got not yet fitted)
Maybe new injectors as current ones are running 100% idc
Tein s-tech springs to go on Bilsteins to drop it a touch more

oh and drive it more then twice every 3 months.

Mortster 24-12-2012 10:43 AM

Its a secret, but will be very different ;-)

Have thought about it Nige, trouble is my car is nice and low milage at the moment and there doesn't seem to be that much out there right now that catches my eye, plus this being my 1st scooby I might as well hang on to it for a while and get used to it properly.

2-jaffacake-tone 24-12-2012 12:08 PM

2013 is make or break for the white scoob got to be done next year or its going!, no plans for the type R other than drive it and enjoy it or sell it if a cheep tvr tuscan or t350c comes along :)

kartingsteve 24-12-2012 12:54 PM

My things next on my list is Oil cooler/sti inlet manifold/ fuel lines and reg/Swirl pot/sump, and some track days.

SUBARMAN 24-12-2012 01:51 PM

Bolesroor 24-12-2012 03:35 PM

Use it more
Get it dirty! (thats for Nige) ;-)
Then clean it (thats for Nige) :polish:
Would like to have the chips sorted on the front end.
Really want to tag along on the ring trip if possible.:five:

tbtstt 24-12-2012 03:57 PM

Car plans for 2013:

- Continue tarting it up as I'm no longer using it as a daily driver.
- Continue using the car as a weekend toy (and thoroughly enjoying it now its not costing me a fortune in petrol).
- Consider getting some shiny new brake discs.
- Continue kicking myself for not making more of an effort to sell my Scoob in 2012 (and several vital organs) to buy AJF's 22B. :getmecoat:

Nige 24-12-2012 04:04 PM

To try & run Fugly in :drive:

scotty 24-12-2012 06:18 PM

Buy the less pricey things like front and rear drop links ,anti roll bars just to start with while saving for the expensive parts

scoobypat 24-12-2012 07:14 PM

Hope to MOT my standarded WRX. Then sort out engine for track one and respray it when mate lets me use his garage

Good thing you aren't modifying that Evo, as it would really cost you a fortune then... :D
