We did this last year, was a good day out and the guys from Surrey are going too

And it doesn't cost anything apart from a bacon roll and a cuppa

How long will it take you to get there?
We could give you a ring when we get to Shoreham or Worthing and then you will be able to judge how long it will take us to get to Arundle.

We can talk on Saturday.

Souped up Sunday

Hi guys,

Does any one know if this is for serious expensive big boys toys to be put on show and we park in the public carpark, or can we drive in and park up in our Impreza's, to fall in line with the 'souped up' theme?

Only I went to the last one 'Tribute to Maserati and all things Italian' and it was a real mixture of cars.

Cheer.

With the Sushi Sunday last year the cars on display were invited i think - we turned up and were directed into the gravel car park just outside the circuit.... i'm expecting this to be the same.

Lucky 27-10-2009 03:40 PM

Is anyone meeting at the bottom of the A23?, if not, where shall I join the convoy?.

SpecB 27-10-2009 03:51 PM

Cath was talking about The A23/A27 BP at 7.30 which is about right for LA at 8.00

I'm out the night before so I'm not dragging myself out that early (just don't want to scare people :tequila:)

But if anyone else want to I'll meet you there

Scott.T 30-10-2009 12:35 PM

Was going to go but weather loos crap and was gonna bring me 2 boyz and give wifey a break for a few hours.
But weather has put a dampner on it as don't fancy a wet and windy drive down/back and the boyz won't last 5 mins walking round inthe rain.

Will go to the night race at brands on 7th instead.

Lucky 30-10-2009 03:51 PM

Poxy weather. Forecast is heavy rain. I will be going if its dry, but cant be bothered to drive all that way in the rain, and get wet at the other end. Lets hope for sunshine :brickwall:

Steve_PPP 31-10-2009 05:34 PM

i'm still gonna brave this (even though it looks like rain) but i'm thinking of getting there for 8am, to make sure i can park round the back in the garages (might be glad of the shelter! )

which means i'll be passing the A23/A27 junction at 7:10am and Crossbush at 7:40am. not sure who's actually going but if anyone wants to meet me at the earlier times somewhere, let me know in this thread or i'll just drive straight past them ;)

SpecB 31-10-2009 06:15 PM

I'm definately going too along with Sian and one of her little uns. I'm going to meet up with Steve at the Shell Fontwell, at 750
