Swirl Marks

Hello There!

Having a black car is great when its clean but it shows up too many marks, how do you get the swirl marks out, what is the best product to use, I have heard at the last meet C.J has the same problems with swirl marks maybe you could point me in the right direction?

Cheers

Nick

Out of all the products I used on my wifes Black car, Zymol Cleansing Wax was by far the best. Better then Autoglymn or Meguiars

I haven't tried the zymol stuff, but have heard it's good. I had/have exactly the same problem. You polish it, think it looks good in one light, then in another it's swirls galore. Recently, as i think i have already posted on sussex, I used the meguirs clay bar kit and then the 3 stage crystal cleaner, polish then wax. Quite honestly is was a pain in the **** to do as effectively you are going round the car 4 times, but it did correct alot of the swirl marks and since doing it a quick go over with meguirs speed detailer keeps it looking nice. Its by no means perfect, and didnt get all the swirls out, but it did make a big difference. Also the blackfire stuff is meant to be good. You only have to look at LJB's wagon to see that.
