I gained two whole horses :yeah: Raised the boost and it lost power, so had to revert to 1.5 bar. Happy though, as I only gave it a try as a trial. I'm sure Tim will post up his details later. |
Bit disappointed with 435/400 and my power dropped considerably at about 6k where it would have gone on climbing, my intake pipe was crushing under load and despite cj being a hero and trying to fix this is still part of restriction I need to look at, and ii think my headers were blowing slightly.
My advice is don't buy an expensive samco intake! Good to see everyone though |

435/400 on 1.5 bar on a 2.1 stroker don't sound too shabby at all. My 2.1 engine tuner stroker was only running about that, but it was bullet proof at that and with the addition of an oil cooler I would have be happy to rag it round a track all day.

Look on the bright side as well. If you thought it was going pretty well you now know you have at least another 70 ponnies to come :D When its mapped to the limits to match your mods.

I thought my car was fast before..... but now the duff sensor has been changed, so much smoother :)
