You can't send attachments via PMs (otherwise people would use the system for sending files all the time and our database would be huuuge).

Upload them to photobucket and then send the links via PM....

You can embed them in a PM, in the same way as you can a forum post, by linking [IMG] to a photobucket or similar host.
