decat befour remap ?
 

Hi, Just wanted to no if its ok for me to fit both decat pipes before a remap ?

Also is it ok to fit a walbro fuel pump before or should it be fitted at the same time

The car is 1998 v5 sti type-r

Im going to be getting the remap in a couple of weeks hopefully JGM.

Best bet is to ask Simon to be safe, but it should be ok.

I would just leave it as late as possible, same day or day before and then just cruise up, keeping off boost, to see Simon.

Just found out about the ecu reset would this be possible never heard of it before as im a noob.

Im understanding you have to disconect the neg battery lead, pump the brake pedal, reconect the lead strat the car warm it up the drive flat out to let the ecu learn
is this right ???????

on a classic simply disconnect the battery for 1/2hour+ and it will re-set itself..........
