Help wanted for wiring boost gauge in new age

Hi, my mate is trying to wire a boost gauge into his ver 7 Sti wagon. Read up on it and it said you can tap into the wires that go to the clock on the dashboard. The trouble is there are only 4 wires which seem to be live, earth, live when ignition switched on and 12v when lights turned on

Red = live
Black = ground
Brown = dimmer i.e. 12v when lights turned on
Yellow = number 2 pos. on the ignition (ACC)
Orange = number 3 pos. on the ignition

Can anyone help or recommend an auto electrician in the Peasehaven area ta

Thanks CJ i will tell him . Here are the instructions from the makers of the gauge

here are the instructions

wiring for ALL SAGA gauges :

RED - Battery +

BLACK - Ground

BROWN - connect into sidelights or dimmer switch, this is to lower the gauge illumination at night

ORANGE & YELLOW - On the ignition switch there are normally 4 key positions as follows :

Position 1 - OFF

Position 2 - ACC connect YELLOW wire to this

Position 3 - ON here there are 2 wires, 1 will have no power when the engine is started

1 will retain power when the engine is started - connect ORANGE to this

Position 4 - START ENGINE
