6 speed shafts

Hope someone can help or put me in the right direction, just got a 6speed for my 94 wrx, put diff in today and my o/s/r drive shaft is wrong, as in the picture below my shaft has 2 lots of splines, looking in the diff it looks like theres only one lot of splines causing the shaft not to fit, anyone know what shaft i need???

cheers

Darren

thats the real early diff units, the shafts are not interchangeable with any later diff unit, and especxially not the larger R180 6speed
