Newage vs classic

Have been looking at possibly getting a road going scoob or an Evo soon,
Have noticed that the price of a good classic now is very close to a blob or bug eye as in the newage seem to be a lot cheeper in comparison
Has anyone else noticed this?
:zoiks:

yup

i've noticed this too, horses for courses really.

its all down to the car, the condition and mods really. a good classic will be worth more than a tatty newage and vice versa :)

it also depends what you want from the car. due to the new age weighing alot more a classic turbo 2000 is quicker than a new age wrx despite haveing less power. the classic has the better power to weight ratio

Road and track prefer Newage... Drag has to be a classic

I've got a classic stripped and caged for the track so newage it is,
I've got my eye on a couple of bug and blob sti's but also looking into an Evo 6 or 7 not sure yet

If you get an evo you could go out for drives with Nige!Or maybe thats a really good reason not to buy an evo?
