can anyone help?

hi i have a new age bug eye and when driving slowly (5-10 mph) it seems to SOMETIMES creek and also when i come to a stand still it will sometimes feel like it drops at the rear, any suggestions on what this could be?

Probably rearshocks/top mounts

However, get the handbrake/rear calipers checked out
