Running problem (Not my scooby)

Happy new year folks,i need a bit of help or at least my son does

He's got a problem with his Saxo "Again" this is whats going on!!!

Saxo number 1 was written off but kept for spares,as had a full bodykit good engine etc.... so got he got another saxo number 2,and until a few days ago car was running fine, but being a normal lad,he uses the car all the time, and ran out of money for fuel,so syphoned the fuel from Saxo no 1.. now we have a problem, ticks over ok for a while, then starts hunting,no power under load could the fuel have been contamunated??

If not what do you think could of caused this??

Thanks Trace x x

Probably crap in the fuel,

Must have sucked some sh*t of the bottom of the old tank.

Clear out fuel lines and replace fuel filter.??

That's what I would do but I'm no mechanic.

Happy New year, Trace x

Yup, agree with Big E.

It may pay you / him to replace the fuel filter. It may well of sucked up some 5hite and semi blocked the filter?

Reminds me when one of my wifes old cars had a problem. I got it done for her and she said "what was it?" .................... I said "5hit in the carburetor" ..............she said "how often have I got to do that?"

Women ! :)

Id say the same tbh, probably crap from the bottom of the tank ;-)

Agree with Big E, might also be worth draining as much of the old petrol out of the tank
