will a z4 ecu fit :-)

hello can someone help ,have 94 wrx classic and was wondering if a z4 ecu will plug straight in . if so would it need mapping to suit thanks all :thanx:

Plug straight in and enjoy another 20BHP and a touch more boost.
No need to remap. Infact the map inthe Z4 is alot better and safer then the map in the earlier ECU (Either a 2C, U8 or W6).

ESL is the only option IMO for that age car with a std ECU..........

Nope, if you are going for the ESL live map for the 550's with the ESL daughter board it doesn't matter whether it's a Z4 or 2C.
The difference bwteen the 2 ECU is only the map which you over-ride with the ESL module.
